Information we collect
To process your order, ZippFast collects the delivery and contact details you provide at checkout (name, phone number, and address), your order history, and, if you create an account, your login credentials and saved addresses. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider - ZippFast never stores your card, UPI, or bank details.
How we use it
Your information is used to fulfil and deliver your order, provide order-status updates, and improve the ZippFast service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your choices
You can review and update your saved details from your account at any time, and can contact us to request that your data be corrected or deleted, subject to what we're legally required to retain.
