Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled any time before it moves into preparation. Once preparation has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, since the items have already been cut and set aside for delivery.
Refunds for online payments
If an eligible order paid for online is cancelled, the amount is refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before delivery are simply not charged.
